DescriptionViews of the exteriors of houses include many for which the owners are identified identified. The homes of several Nook Farm residents are also depicted, including those of Lydia Sigourney, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Mark Twain, and Charles Dudley Warner. Other residences include those of Mason Smith on Blue Hills Avenue, row houses on College Street, the Governor Jewell House, and the old Mather Place. One photograph is of the James Goodwin Mansion. In one photograph, people are playing croquet.
