DescriptionWooden "Connecticut Ham" constructed from a piece of wood from the Charter Oak, by J.H. Most. White oak wood carved to resemble a leg of pork, generally known as a ham, with a rotund body with a tapered neck, and has been painted brown or a brown finish of some type has been applied. "A / CONNECTICUT / HAM / made from the wood / of the / CHARTER OAK / J. H. Most" is painted in white on the wooden ham. There is a hole in the tapered portion of the leg threaded with a leather string for hanging.
