DescriptionView of three people and a dog posed at the end of a stone path under a pergola. Halstead Dorey is seated on a rock wall. His wife, Theodora, stands to his right. Their younger daughter Ednah, or "Dodo," is sitting on a step in front of them. A small dog with dark, shaggy fur is sitting on the ground at her feet. The pergola is enclosed with trellises and is covered in greenery.
