DescriptionRectangular ash basket with a rectangular rim. The rim is double reinforced, with half-round interior and exterior reinforcement. A handle attaches at the rim and the ear of the basket. The warp splints are medium to wide. Some weft splints are narrow, others are medium to wide. There is swabbing on odd warp splints and on random weft splints in Spanish brown and black/blue. The basket has rows of stamping.
