DescriptionSquare basket made of plain-woven ash. The round rim is single wrapped and double reinforced, with fat, flat interior and exterior reinforcement. Two handles attach at the rim and ear of the basket. The warp splints are wide, split to medium width. The weft splints are narrow to medium. The basket has imitation swabbing on the warp splints in chrome yellow. There are green stripes on the weft splints. The basket has stamping in bluing. The basket shows the influence of the Oneida People.
