DescriptionEcru satin sandals, with four interlaced 1/2-inch straps crossing the instep and looping around the ankle. The strap is held up in the back by two upright straps, through which it is inserted. The back strap buckles with a small, silver-tone metal buckle at the outside of the ankle. The base of the sandal is a satin-covered wedge, to which the flat leather sole is attached. The heel is one thickness of leather tacked on. The toes of each sandal are approximately round, following the natural contour of the wearer's toes. The straps are lined with ecru ribbed cotton. The sock lining is white cardboard simulating leather.

The lining of the back strap is stamped in black, "7 1/2 N 36203".
