DescriptionElevations and floorplans for a cape-style house include an enclosed gabled vestibule projecting at the center of the facade, a picture window, and an exterior chimney on the left. Plans include a cellar; first floor with kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms; and a third floor attic with room for two additional bedrooms. There is also an unidentified plan for an ell-shaped building with an entry flanked on the interior by two circular features.
