DescriptionBlown colorless lead glass inkwell with a pewter cap. The glass portion of the inkwell consists of a low dome, with a flat bottom with a polished pontil mark in the center. A cylindrical pewter cap sits on top of the dome. The top of the cap flips up and attaches to the sides of the cap with a hinge in the back. The bottom edge of the glass has a ring of light scratches; the top of the lid is also scratched.
