DescriptionSmall, round, buff-colored stoneware pot. The pot has a flat base, and sides that widen slightly to the shoulder before narrowing at the neck and flaring to a rolled rim. Most of the interior and exterior are covered with a dark brown slip glaze, or Albany-type glaze, with the exception of less than an inch at the foot and a few patches on the inside of the rim which are unglazed. There are many imperfections in the glaze, the result of bumps and pits in the stoneware.
