Numerous inscriptions identify parts of buildings, locations, etc.NotesHistorical Note: The orphan asylum was on the site of the current Burns School at Russ and Putnam Streets in Hartford, Connecticut. Someone who used to play in the empty building in the 1920s said he thought the orphan asylum was owned by "the church".
