DescriptionA bust-length portrait of a bearded man wearing a coat, vest, shirt, and necktie is surrounded by a large funeral wreath. The wreath is made of black and white twisted cloth, with red, white, and blue ribbons wrapped around it. Streamers on the bottom read: "JUSTICE, LIBERTY EQUALITY". Laurel leaves are at the top and bottom. At the top is a dove holding an olive branch in its beak.
