DescriptionMold-blown olive green figured flask with an inverted conical rim, a cylindrical neck, rounded shoulders that curve to tapered sides, a flattened body, and a flat bottom. Both sides of the figured flask have different raised decorations and raised words. On one side is the raised word "LIBERTY" above an eagle with outstretched wings, holding two halves of an oval wreath, or olive branch, in its claws. A shield is superimposed over the eagle's body. On the opposite side are the raised words "WILLINGTON/ GLASS, Co/ WEST WILLINGTON/ CONN". The side of the figured flask with the eagle has an indentation at the wreath.

MarkingsOn the opposite side of the flask from the raised eagle are the words "WILLINGTON/ GLASS, Co/ WEST WILLINGTON/ CONN". The bottom of the figured flask has a small, oval, white sticker with the number "1647", hand-written in pencil.NotesHistorical Note: "Liberty" flasks, or "Eagle" flasks as they were called on original Willington Glass Company price lists, came in 1/2 pint, 1 pint, and 1 quart capacities.
