DescriptionA profile silhouette of Washington surrounded by an oval carved frame rests on a ledge in a rocky cliff. A bald eagle with spread wings is perched on the top of the frame. The name "WASHINGTON" appears on the rock at the left. Birds, presumably gulls, fly above the ocean at the right. A sailing vessel is just visible on the horizon. Streaks of cloud are in the sky.
