The ribbon is purple with gold text, "PRESS / SIXTH / CONSTITUTIONAL / CONVENTION / CONNECTICUT / STATE LABOR / COUNCIL . AFL - CIO / STATLER-HILTON HOTEL / HARTFORD / SEPTEMBER 15-17, 1965."
