DescriptionSmall coin purse, narrow at the top width and curving out to a bell-shaped bottom, made of beads and lined with silk. The beads are woven together in a peyote stitch that creates a fabric of beads and thread. The design created by the various colored beads is floral, with a central blue flower at the base surrounded by white, pink, and orange and yellow flowers with green leaves. A looped fringe of clear and blue beads is attached to the bottom curve. Probably originally a drawstring bag; the upper edge has deteriorated. The purse is lined with a light green/gray silk.
