NotesSubject Note: According to the donor, Seabury residents had to pick their food up from the Bistro and were going through large amounts of plastic and other containers. To reduce the amount of plastic waste, Seabury converted to reusable OZZI containers. Seabury residents could then take the reusable containers back to the Culinary Department for sanitation and reuse.On View
