The top of the opening, which may be turned back like lapels or fastened below the collar, has a buttonhole on each side, but the corresponding buttons are missing. Each side of the front has a large patch pocket, shaped with a rounded bottom. The center back seam is vented for nineteen inches. The two-piece sleeves are straight and set smoothly into the armscye. The wrist openings are decorated with a self-fabric tab which fastens to a button.
