DescriptionVery low crown, oval-shaped hat of black velvet and satin on a wire frame. Satin-covered cording outlines the crown, and a looped trim edges the brim. Grosgrain ribbon-covered wires, molded to a "V"-shape, secure the hat above the wearer's ears.
