DescriptionSouvenir hand clapper from the 25th Hartford Marathon, October 13, 2018. The noisemaker is constructed of two moving green plastic hands with a stationary white plastic hand in the center, the hand portion is attached to a white plastic handle. The front green hand features the logo for the 25th Hartford Marathon printed in white.
