DescriptionLeopard print fur coat made by Safari by Sportowne and purchased from G. Fox & Co., c. 1960-1970.
The coat has a wide collar and double-breasted black and gold molded plastic button closures on the bodice, it has long sleeves and would fall below the knees. The coat has pockets on both the proper right and left side seams at the waist. The back of the coat has an inverted kick pleat with backing at the waist that opens down to the hem. The coat is lined in black. A G. Fox & Co. label is sewn to the interior neckline at the center back, and a Safari by Sportowne label is sewn on the interior at the proper right side.
