DescriptionSlide depicting four people, three men and a woman, during a Thursday is a Work of Art event in Hartford. A man wearing a cowboy hat (ten gallon hat) plays a guitar, while the woman next to him, wearing a two-piece sequined and fringed vest and skirt, sings or speaks. A second man, wearing a tall cowboy hat (ten gallon hat), is also wearing furry chaps, a vest, and a bandanna around his neck. The third man (Michael Smith?) is wearing a two-piece red and gold fringed outfit. Behind them is an arch of yellow balloons.
