DescriptionSlide depicting four people, three men and a woman, during a Thursday is a Work of Art event in Hartford. A man wearing a cowboy hat (ten gallon hat) plays a guitar, while the woman next to him, wearing a two-piece sequined and fringed vest and skirt, sings or speaks.
