DescriptionA badge for the dedication of the State Arsenal and Armory in Hartford, Connecticut, held in 1909. The medal has a pin plate with a relief of the Connecticut state seal and "1672-1909" inscribed. The ribbon is blue with gold text. The medallion suspended from the ribbon has a relief of the armory in the center.
