DescriptionA badge for the Washington Commandery of the Knights Templar in Hartford, Conn. for a meeting held in Chicago in 1880. The badge has a top bar with the Connecticut state emblem in blue enamel. A black and white diagonal striped ribbon is attached to the top bar. A Maltese cross is suspended from the ribbon by a hinge. In the center of the cross is a raised circular piece witha relief bust of George Washington.
