DescriptionWoman's Colonial Revival cap, made of plain-woven, white cotton. The brim of the cap is turned back; its edge is gently curved around the lower corners, then reverse-curved on the sides and up to the center top. The narrowest widths of the brim are 2 1/8 inches, while the widest are 3 1/4 inches. The crown is pleated into the brim. There is a casing at the back of the neck in which a strip of elastic is used to gather the bottom of the crown. The crown is all one piece.
