DescriptionBlack and white photograph of a car with the roof rolled back, and in the back seat a man dressed in a top hat, dark overcoat and suit is standing. Another man seems to be getting into the back seat, and the driver has his hands on the wheel. In the background is a large marble building, possibly the State Library/Supreme Court. Between the car and the steps to the building are men dressed in uniforms, some with swords and some wearing puttees. A large crowd is visible in the background.
