DescriptionA medal awarded by the General Society of Colonial Wars to members who served in World War I. The ribbon is red with a narrow, white edged stripe. The medal is in round in the center with four pointed cross arms extending from the center. In the center of the medal is a relief image of a Native American man. The reverse side has text.
