DescriptionA badge worn by George A. Long of Hartford, Conn. at the Spring Conference, 30th District, of the Rotary International in 1933. The label at the top of the badge is lined with a gold metal and has a piece of paper in the center. The ribbon is red with gold lettering and the Rotary International emblem is in the center.
