DescriptionA badge for the President of the Connecticut State Fair held in Charter Oak Park in Hartford in 1923. At the top of the badge is a gold rectangle with a label inside that says "PRESIDENT." The ribbon is blue with gold lettering and has the Connecticut State Fair logo in the center, which is an image of the Charter Oak.
