DescriptionLight blue, open-tab shoe, with pointed toe and Louis heel. The shoe ties over the instep with a blue satin ribbon, laced through a single pair of white plastic eyelets; the tabs are narrow, about one inch wide. The quarters are lined with white suede leather; the vamp is lined with white twill-woven cotton. The sock lining is white leather. The soles are shaped for the right and left foot, with a long, narrow waist.

The leather lining of the quarter is cut away in a circle, revealing a hand-written notation on a cotton interlining: "4 1/2 / a / 2685"
