DescriptionWhite leather, front-lacing, closed tab shoes, with rounded square toe and Louis heel. A tan-colored silk ribbon laces through six pairs of metal eyelets. This opening is backed with a long, white leather tongue, with a rounded end. The quarters are lined with white leather, and the vamp is lined with white cotton. The sock lining is white leather. The soles are shaped for the right and left foot, and are continuous over the front the heel and also form the top piece of the heel. The leather covering the heel is hand-stitched along the edges to the sole.
