DescriptionCotton armband with "ARP New Britain" insignia located in center, in red, white, and blue. It was worn by Mrs. Warren L. Hall in 1942-1945. She was a Civil Defense air raid warden for the City of New Britain, Conn. from 1942-1945. She patrolled Vine Street during air raid drills on her bicycle with a flashlight.
