NotesHarriet Newell Rogers Starr (1821-1916) is the daughter of Paul Rogers, Jr. and Celinda Comstock. She married David Holt Starr (1813-1843) in 1837. They had three children: Elisha Rogers Starr (1838-1887), Edwin Joseph Starr (1840-1890), and David Allen Starr (1842-1900).
