DescriptionStudio portrait of a young child, reportedly age 4, dressed as monk in a robe with a hood, large collar, rope belt and rosary. He is standing in a studio with a carpet on the floor and a stool on which rests a book that the boy is touching with his right hand. He wears high top boots. The donor indicated that this was a photograph of someone named Anthony. He might have been Antonio Capobianco who was born in Italy in 1881 and for a time lived in Waterbury, Conn.
