DescriptionA receipt from the Allen Manufacturing Company at 135 Sheldon Street in Hartford from September 22, 1914. The items were sold to George Muench of Stamford, CT. The receipt has a handwritten note that says "Received Payment Sept. 30, 1914..." The receipt also has a stamp that says "Terms 2% 15th of the month following date of shipment." In the top left of the receipt there is a picture of nuts and bolts. On the top right corner there is a picture of a single bolt. The first two initials and last name of the president, vice president, and secretary & treasurer appear along the top edge of the receipt.
