DescriptionMen on rafts and in rowboats attempt to extinguish a fire which is raging in a building in the background. Water shoots from hoses on rafts and boats and held by men on a ladder. Other men attempt to salvage goods from adjoining buildings. A sign on a building at the far left reads "BARBER."
