DescriptionStone and brick structure with Doric columns, pediment, portico, and bell tower is partially obscured by elm trees. Stone building has pilasters and clock tower. Men and women are in the road and on the paved sidewalks. A horse drawn carriage is on the dirt road. Pavilion bandstand is on the New Haven Green. Fire hydrants, benches, and utility poles are beside the road.
