Root on horse."NotesSubject Note: The police are riding Columbia Chainless Bicycles, manufactured by the Pope Manufacturing Company. The electric automobile was manufactured by the Electric Vehicle Company, 1 Laurel Street, Hartford. Dr. Joseph E. Root's offices were at 67 Pearl Street, Hartford. He resided at 71 Pearl Street.
