DescriptionCrowd of men and women gathered in the Old Burying Ground behind Center Church, Hartford. Gold Street is in the foreground. A horse-drawn wagon, a carriage and a boy on a bicycle are on the dirt street. Several additional bicycles lie on the dirt bank that borders the recently widened street. A speakers' platform, decorated with potted palms, is at the right. The brick wall of the church and several trees in the graveyard are hung with American flags.
