DescriptionView from an elevated vantage point on State Street looking towards Asylum Street. Main Street runs perpendicularly between the two. Many people are on the street and sidewalks. Three trolleys, trolley tracks and automobiles are in the streets. At the far left is the Old State House. Directly across from it is the Phoenix Bank Building. To the right, across Asylum Street is the Hartford Aetna Bank Building. A white sign on the building to the right reads: "Hartford Headquarters / Progressive Party / Progressive Club."
