NotesSubject Note: Israel Stowe Spencer purchased a foundry around 1851 located on Fair Street, Guilford and was I. S. Spencer & Sons by 1867. A brick foundry was added in 1869 with a machine shop producing school desk legs, lamp pedestals and bicycle parts.On View
