DescriptionIndustrial factory complex at intersection of Capitol Avenue and Woodbine Street. Three entrances are marked by towers with flags on top. Two large smokestacks on left behind large rooftop, letters spelling "UNDERWOOD TYPEWRITER COMPANY". Buildings left and right each have large lettering "UNDERWOOD". Streets have trees, people walking on masonry sidewalks, cars, a truck and horse-drawn wagons. Two sets of trolley tracks with trolley on Capitol Avenue. Inscription on back: "1911". Inscription on front: "Underwood Typewriter Company, Hartford, Connecticut, U. S. A., General Offices, New York City".
