DescriptionView of the central part of Tolland. On the left side of the central street are the Tolland County Bank, the County Court House, Col. Elijah Smith's tavern (with a rectangular sign), and the Baptist Church. Opposite the Smith Tavern, a second tavern (with an oval sign) is attached to the County Jail.
