DescriptionA woman is seated on a wooden stool or step in a backyard. She holds a baby in her arms. The baby is dressed in a long gown, and the woman wears a long dress. In the background are a clothes line with laundry, apparently long underwear, hanging from it and a board fence. A ditch has been excavated between the woman and the clothesline.
