DescriptionA stone arched bridge over the Park River in Hartford is in the foreground. Present Jewel Street is along the top of the bridge. The spire of First Congregational Church and the roof of Travelers Insurance buildings are visible. A large rooftop sign reads "TRAVELERS." Lumber is in the water in front of the bridge, possibly debris from a recent flood. The branches of a large willow tree hang over the river.
