DescriptionThree biplanes are flying in formation over Prospect Street, Hartford, slightly lower than the top of Travelers Tower, which is immediately behind them. Also visible are the Wadsworth Atheneum at the left, and the old Post Office Building, behind the Old State House, at the right. Buildings lining Main Street include the Center Congregational Church to the left of Travelers Tower, and the Sage Allen Department Store, with its rooftop sign, at the far right. Bushnell Park, the Park River, the Connecticut State Capitol, and the Soldiers and Sailors monument are in the left background. Streets and buildings in the northwest part of the city are in the right background.
