DescriptionA road leading toward downtown Hartford is shown. The Travelers Tower is visible in the distance. Four men are working with shovels, and an area has been dug out of the road's surface, apparently to lay or repair pipes. Three additional men stand on the paved sidewalk. Billboards beside the road read: EVEREADY" "HOTEL BOND ANNEX" Trolley tracks are in the road; trolley wires cross overhead. Utility poles and wires run along the side of the road.
