DescriptionThe Municipal Building, City Hall, in downtown Hartford, on the corner of Main Street and Arch Street, is shown in the final stages of construction. Cranes are visible from the top elevations of the building, and other construction equipment and activities are visible at ground level. The Morgan Memorial building is visible in the background to the left behind what appears to be a construction shed. Men are working in the street in the left foreground.
