The Connecticut River, the Founders Bridge and its exit and entrance ramps, and Constitution Plaza are at the upper right. Union Station is at the far left. Also identified are the Hartford Public Library, City Hall, the Wadsworth Atheneum, the Old State House, the Bushnell auditorium, the Hartford Stage Company, the Civic Center, and the Escuela Bilingue. A sign, similar to a highway sign, points north. A lengthy descriptive text is printed at the lower right.
