DescriptionConvention badge consisting of pin, ribbon, and brass medallion. Pin fixed at top has brass frame, at center is a paper tag, typed across in black, "GUEST". Attached is an olive green ribbon, vertical through the center is a navy blue line, and on either side are thin blue, green, yellow, and red lines. In faded gold lettering across ribbon reads, "37th ANNUAL / CONVENTION / DEPT. OF CONN. / HARTFORD, CONN. / JULY 14, 15, 16, 1956". Brass medallion which is no longer attached has an American Legion seal, which reads "American Legion" across it.
