DescriptionBlack cap with a red bill, and red fabric-covered button at the top, at the intersection of the triangular panels which create the cap shape. The front of the cap is machine-embroidered with "CSO / CONNECTICUT / SOUTHERN RAILROAD". At the top left of the design is an embroidered representation of the front of a train engine, with white threads suggesting sound from a horn. The bill is red twill-woven fabric stitched over cardboard; it is 2 3/4 inches wide. The back of the cap adjusts with black plastic straps which snap together at the desired length.
